My background

Apparently, I was born with a pen in my hand. Since the very beginning of my life I was always drawing. In fact, my mom kept my very first draw that had some sense, as a two year old everything looked pretty much as a mess of doodles, but one day I drew something where you could see two people. My parents laminated it and it is still in their room.

I was always drawing, in school and then in Highschool, it was pretty clear I as going to dedicate my life to something related to arts. With the years I changed my mind a few times, first I wanted to be a fashion designer, then a graphic designer and later I said I wanted to go draw comics. And then something happen, I took a new subject in Highschool named Economics when I was around 16, and I decided I wanted to study Business Administration in the University.

I have to say I also followed my parents opinion, saying that Economics could give me more opportunities, and that I could always be an artist anyway.

But during all my years in University I was drawing less and less until I stop it completely. And after so many years I lost my capacity and don't touch a pencil for around 7 years. I don't have anything to blame but me, I think I lost interest.

But life change a lot, I moved to another country and I don't know why I started drawing again. It was and it still is very frustrating to see how much I lost, and how good I could become if I never stopped. But this is how things are now, I have to thank Felipe to help me and support me, because probably without Draw a Tale I would give up drawing again.
